Perfect for families and groups, this 6-bedroom home offers endless fun: roast s’mores around the fire pit, challenge each other in the game rooms, or paddle on your private sandy beach. Located in a prime spot on Sunset Lake, enjoy stunning sunset views in this spacious retreat designed for unforgettable summer memories.

The space
With calm waters for swimming, a private beach for digging and playing, and all the comforts of home, Sunset Point is made for lake days and starry nights. Whether you’re building sandcastles with the kids, sharing a quiet morning coffee by the water, or enjoying a game of ping pong in the game room, you’ll feel the magic of this special spot from the moment you arrive.

In the winter, Sunset Point is an easy drive to several ski resorts -- Cascade Mountain, Whitetail Ridge, or Devil's Head -- or, if you'd rather splash around, the fantastic waterparks in Wisconsin Dells are only 30 minutes away!

*Please note: There is ongoing construction of homes on the lake, so you may hear some construction noise. However, all of the homes adjacent to Sunset Point have been completed.

Home Information:

6 bedrooms (5 king bedrooms, 1 bunk room with quad twin size bunks)
3 full bathrooms (master en suite with tiled shower, the other two bathrooms have tub/shower combos)
Expansive kitchen stocked with all the essentials to make wonderful meals to share.

Open concept dining area and living room where you and your group can gather for meals and conversation while enjoying views of the lake. Cozy up on the couch and enjoy the built-in fireplace!

Expansive deck overlooking Sunset Lake - take in the best sunset views while dining al fresco! Gas grill provided (we do our best to keep the propane tank full).

The garage has been converted into a fully stocked game room, complete with ping pong, foosball, pop-a-shot, and a putting green. Also enjoy giant connect four, corn hole, ladder ball, and darts!

The lower level boasts a cozy living room area, a game table for poker or board games, a pool table, and an and a wet bar. Plenty of games and toys provided for all ages!

From the lower level, walk right out to your private the patio and beach front area, perfect for building sand castles, going for a leisurely kayak or SUP ride, or float on the lily pad.
