For you who want amenity and have the option to go to the beach without using your car, the house is 700 meters from the beach Ilha das Cabras , the most famous and sought after beach in the area...(8 min walk)
it also has kayak rentals, stand up boards and dives on the wonderful island that is just opposite and two wonderful restaurants with beach service.

Also close to beaches more reserved for those who want tranquility.

PARKING is not in the house.
The parking lot is at the end of our dead end street you should stop the car in the parking lot of that street and
CLIMB A STEEP RAMP ON FOOT OF APPROXIMATELY 10 METERS.

Not recommended for the elderly, people with mobility issues, and young children.
The deck has no safety net.
2 flights of stairs to the suite.

Suggestion: come with a backpack, bring little after all we never use everything :)
