Nestled on 5 acres in the countryside, but <1 mile from Taylor University, our property offers breathtaking sunset views. Perfect for visiting Taylor University and all that Upland has to offer. Immerse yourself in the serenity of nature while enjoying modern comforts. Note: This is a private bedroom suite in our home (no separate entry) and we have a very friendly labradoodle dog and 3 outdoor cats.

The space
**IMPORTANT**: This is a bedroom suite (private bedroom/bathroom) inside our house on the second floor. There is not a separate entry and you will be guests in our home. If you are interested in a fully private house in Upland, please check out one of my other listings (Sunshine House). This bedroom suite is perfect for a quick and economical visit to Taylor University. We do have a very friendly labradoodle puppy in the house and 3 outdoor cats. When you book the Sunset Haven Suite, we look forward to welcoming you to our home. We will coordinate with you for your arrival. Your bedroom suite is on the 2nd floor of our house. The bedroom and bathroom will be your private space. Because this is a room in our house, normal household noise will be present and should be expected.
