Located 17 min from I-75, 7 min from Food City, 4 min from Lonas Young Memorial Park (offering a free launch!), 12 min to Whitman Hollow Marina (by car), and 5 min to Indian River Marina (by boat). You’ll have easy access to local conveniences while still enjoying a peaceful, serene setting.

The space
The first floor features an open-plan layout that includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. A wall of windows provides access to the covered deck, offering stunning views of the private dock, lake, and mountains. This floor also includes a full bathroom and laundry facilities.

The second floor contains a loft area furnished with two couches and a television. All three bedrooms are located on the second floor, along with an additional full bathroom.

Guest access
There will be 2 locked doors on the first floor of the house that guests will not have access to use.

Other things to note
There is a grassy hill and stairs that lead to the dock. When the lake is at full pool (1020) the dock reaches the stairs. IF THE LAKE IS BELOW 1020 YOU WILL NEED TO WALK ON ROCKS TO REACH THE DOCK. The dock does have year-round water.

There is also a house being built on the lot next door. You may have some construction noise during your stay.
