WEATHER & VEHICLES:
❄️ During winter months, an AWD or 4WD vehicle is strongly recommended due to steep mountain roads and snowy conditions.
🚜 Neighborhood roads are regularly plowed, and the driveway is typically plowed once per snowfall, though timing may vary.
⚠️ Please make weather-appropriate travel decisions, as the cancellation policy remains in effect regardless of weather conditions.
DOGS:
🐾 We’re happy to welcome qualified dogs to the cabin!
🌲 The property includes a 16’x30’ fenced dog run located behind the garage, giving your pup a safe space to enjoy the outdoors off leash.
📩 Please inquire prior to booking so we can review our pet policy. We allow a maximum of two dogs per stay.
🐶 When inquiring, please include:
• Age
• Breed
• Whether they are spayed/neutered
• Whether they are house trained
🛋️ We kindly ask that dogs stay off the furniture and beds, and that all pet waste is properly picked up during your stay.
*We provide pet waste bags, bowls and treats
💲A one-time pet fee of $75 will be charged for the first dog. Fee for a second dog varies based on breed.
⚠️Dogs are the only pets permitted. Bringing any other type of animal will result in a $250 fine.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the cabin, decks, and the surrounding 1.3 acres of property.
🌲 Please note that the property boundaries are not fenced, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighboring properties and avoid wandering beyond the property area.
