Hi! Welcome to Sunset Breeze Villa located in beautiful Cabo Rojo Puerto Rico!
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This beautiful condo is perfect for families looking for a great getaway and enjoying some awesome (and much needed, lol) family vacay.
The condo fits 9 people perfectly and is only just a 2-minute drive to "El Poblado" Boquerón's colorful downtown, Balneario Boquerón (beach); 7 minutes to Buyé beach, 10 minutes to Playa Sucia & Combate beach.
The space
This is a spacious apartment with 1200 sqft on a second level. You’ll enjoy our spacious apartment that includes everything you need for an amazing stay in Boquerón. The condo is on the second floor, there is no elevator in the apartment complex.
* MASTER BEDROOM- is very spacious and includes a comfortable queen-sized bed with a sofa bed and its renovated master bathroom. Include air conditioning.
*SECOND BATHROOM- the second bathroom is located in the hallway and is accessible to everyone.
* THIRD BEDROOM- The third bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and a folded twin bed. Include air conditioning.
* LIVING ROOM- The living room includes ceiling fans with a Smart TV with Roku TV for Streaming Services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.
* KITCHEN- The kitchen is fully equipped with pans, pots, utensils, a coffee maker, a microwave, etc.
* DINING AREA- consists of a round table with 4 chairs. The counter in the kitchen can also sit 4 people.
* BALCONY- A nice balcony with a table and chairs available for our guests to enjoy.
* WASHER & DRYER- available inside the apartment.
* POOL- The complex has a relaxing pool with a gazebo and BBQ. It also includes a playing area (swings, slide, and monkey bars) for kids. Pool hours are from 10 am to 10 pm. We do not provide beach chairs or pool/ beach towels.
* PARKING- Two designated parking is available for our guests inside our gated community.

Other things to note
*We provide bedding sheets and towels for each reservation. As a courtesy, we also include shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper and paper towels. If you require additional supplies, you will need to purchase them on your own.
* No visitors allowed, only your registered guests may enjoy this property, pool area, and parking.
* Late check-in is $25, you will have to notify us within 24 hrs of your stay to see if we can accommodate you.
* We are not responsible for any inconvenience by bad weather, loss of power, water, or internet outages. We don’t have a generator since is prohibited by the building administrations due to safety regulations.
* The apartment includes two parking spaces within the gated community. Taking other no designated parking in the area is PROHIBITED, your car will be towed. Note, we (host, owners, HOA), are not liable for any damages to your vehicle or belongings inside.
Security cameras are at the front door, front gates, and pool area.
* Everyone is responsible for their own safety, we (the host, the owners, HOA, and neighbors) are NOT liable for any accidents that may occur during the stay. This includes and is not limited to any unforeseen circumstances caused by third-party.
* Upon reservation, guests agree to follow all the above, house rules, terms, and conditions including poolside rules implemented by the HOA.
* We have one, actively recording camera located next to the front door outside of the apartment which records video and audio for security purposes. This device is only on the exterior of the property.
