We have a spacious three-bedroom family home located 500m from the beach in a safe, secure gated complex and 24-hour security. We have named it "Sunset Beach" inspired by its relaxed coastal setting. A calm beach theme flows throughout the home without compromising on quality and comfort. We have an outdoor entertainment area sheltered from the wind, and indoor games room with a pool table to help you unwind and recharge.

This is your ideal family "home away from home".

The space
This is a free standing house with a garden, enter through the outdoor covered patio which includes a barbecue area and outdoor patio furniture. Enter the main house through a large swing door that opens into an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. There is a beautiful wooden staircase that goes upstairs to an open loft games room and 1 loft bedroom upstairs. There are 3/4 beds upstairs in the loft room.
Downstairs is a main bedroom with sliding door access to the outside patio and it has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The main bathroom is downstairs with a walk in shower, double vanity and toilet. The 2nd bedroom is downstairs next to the main bathroom.

My wife and I have been married for 32 years and have 3 adult children. We live in Johannesburg and love to explore and experience new places. We run a Tour Operator company called 'The Tourist' and offer some great sightseeing tours in Cape Town and Johannesburg.
