There is one bathroom with a full bathtub and a 2-piece washroom, both on the main floor and another full bathroom with a bathtub in the basement.

The sunroom's sliding door opens smoothly to the covered deck, with a Napoleon gas barbecue and a dining area that can seat up to 6 people. The spacious backyard features a firepit outside that can seat up to 8 people (chairs provided).
