The space
This spacious, self-contained apartment is located in the walk-out basement of our home, featuring its own private entrance and patio to ensure your privacy and comfort.

Inside, you will find:
~ Large Great Room: An open-concept living area with relaxing seating, a streaming TV, and plenty of natural light from the large sliding glass door.

~ Kitchenette: Perfect for preparing simple meals, equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, 2-burner induction cooktop, and a versatile coffee maker for both K-Cups and drip coffee.

~ Bedroom: Designed for rest and relaxation with a comfortable queen bed, soft linens, and a blackout shade for restful mornings.

~ Bathroom: A full bath featuring a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and toiletries.

Please note that the apartment is located in the walk-out basement of our private home. Access is via a stairway, which makes the space inaccessible to wheelchair users.

Guest access
You will have the entire apartment to yourself. It is completely self-contained with a private, contactless check-in entrance. We live upstairs and are available if you need anything. Otherwise, we respect your privacy, and the space is yours to enjoy.
