The space
Although our unit doesn’t have a balcony, the large window offers a peaceful view of Pioneer St. and a partial glimpse of the pool. You can sit back, relax, and enjoy the lively street below or the calming pool area from the comfort of the unit. The big window lets in plenty of natural light, giving the space an open and airy feel perfect for unwinding without ever needing to step outside.
For those curious about our condo's surroundings, while we're not directly inside a mall, we're conveniently surrounded by a variety of options. Right in front and beside our building, you'll find popular fast food joints like Jollibee, KFC, Tokyo Tokyo, Bonchon.
Need banking services? Metrobank, Securitybank, and PBCOM are nearby.
For quick essentials, there's Uncle John's and 7/11. Treat yourself with eyelash, waxing, nail, and beauty services, or unwind at a spa nearby.

☀️HOUSE RULES:☀️
☀️CLEANING & SANITIZATION ~ Please remember to clean up after yourself, CLEAN AS YOU GO ensuring the unit is tidy before departure. Failure to do so may result extra cleaning penalty fee of ₱600.
~Throw the trash bins after check out at the designating area. The garbage room is located on the right side of the hallway exit door (10th floor). Please do not leave your garbage inside the room or at the front door. Penalty may occur. The hauling hours should be between 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm to 6:00 am only.
~Please wash the dishes and ensure that kitchen wares, dining wares, cooking wares are put back in their proper places before check out time. Penalty may occur
~We provide dishwashing soaps, alcohol, and trash bags to help maintain the cleanliness of our condo during your stay.
~Kindly throw out any food leftovers from the refrigerator before you check out.
~We will charge a corresponding ₱5,000 fee or the actual cost of the deep cleaning (whichever is higher) if the unit is left in a filthy condition. Specially if there's stain (water stain or any other stain) in sofa bed, carpet, bedsheet, towels, walls or in any areas of our unit that can cause damage.
~Please take care of our PS5: do not touch or play while eating or if you have anything in your hands that can stain the console or controller. (Only 1 controller available)
~When changing games, handle the discs carefully to avoid fingerprints or damage, as this can cause the CDs to become unreadable. We check it from time to time, so be careful, as damage fees or penalties may occur. Do not download any games.
☀️ COOKING ALLOWED - CLEAN AS YOU GO ~Light cooking is allowed. When cooking, kindly turn on the range hood then open the bathroom door (turn on the light with the exhaust fan in the bathroom & open the air purifier located beside the sofabed) so the smell & aroma will circulate and will not linger in the condo unit.
~Please clean up every after cooking. Wipe the induction stove, backsplash, countertop, or other items should there be any splashes of cooking oil.
☀️ KIDS POLICY
Kids 7 years and below are free but only 1 after that Additional Kids are considered in the headcount. additional guest fee of Php300 each. We can only accommodate a maximum of 4 pax including kids. These are the possible combinations:
1 adult + 3 kids = 4 guests
2 adults + 2 kids = 4 guests
3 adults + 1 kid = 4 guests
4 adults + no kids = 4 guests
☀️ NO PETS ALLOWED
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy as we are also fur parents ourselves. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them as the building property does not allow pets on the premises.
☀️NO SMOKING INSIDE
~Please refrain from smoking (including vape and other illicit drugs) inside the condo. Our condo is a non-smoking building so please do not smoke in any of the common areas except for the designated smoking areas.
~Any smoking evidence will result in a ₱5,000 fee for violation of the no smoking policy rule plus the actual cost of a deep cleaning fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
~Please take note that the city implements the ordinance of no smoking in public places and enclosed spaces.
~Kindly ensure that you will only smoke in designated smoking areas in public areas in the city. Failure to do so may result in a penalty imposed by the City Law and we will not be held responsible for this unfortunate event.
☀️ NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We do not allow parties and events during your stay. We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Penalty of ₱2,500.
☀️ NO GLITTERS, CONFETTI, OR SLIME ~ Please don't use any glitters, confetti, or slime during your stay. These are very difficult to clean as they stick to the floor and furniture. Any evidence will result in a ₱5,000 fee for removal and furniture cleaning.
☀️ PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES ~ Help us maintain the cleanliness of our home. Kindly remove your shoes at the door. We are providing slippers for your convenience.
☀️ QUIET HOURS
~Please minimize noise during quiet hours - 10 pm until 7 am.
☀️ NO LATE CHECK-OUT
~Please observe check-out time at 11 a.m. This will allow us to have time to clean and sanitize the entire unit before the next guests arrive. Late Check-Out is only allowed if with prior permission from the host and provided there will be no guests checking in on that day. There will be an incurring fee of Php 300 per hour for late checkout.
☀️ ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF LIST OF FURNITURE & APPLIANCES
Upon booking, you acknowledge that everything on the list is in good condition. Any damaged or stolen items during your stay will be charged to guests.
☀️ PLEASE TURN OFF THE LIGHTS AND AC'S
Please make sure to turn the lights off and all appliances when you are ready to leave the condo and make sure to close all the doors including the bathroom door and front door when you are about to explore the neighborhood.
☀️ PLEASE DON'T FLUSH ANYTHING IN THE TOILET
~Items such as toilet paper, baby wipes, makeup removal wipes, paper towels, cleaning wipes, feminine products like sanitary napkins and panty liners, or any other trash to avoid sewer and plumbing problems.
~Kindly dispose of them properly in the trash can. Plumbing problems due to clogged toilets will be charged either ₱5,000 or the actual cost of plumbing repair.
☀️ PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY CONCERNS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ~Please let us know if you encounter any problems or concerns within the first 6 hours of your stay and we will do our best to address and rectify the situation.
☀️ PLEASE DO NOT REARRANGE THE FURNITURE & DECOR ~ Kindly keep our condo furniture, appliances, gadgets, and decor in their designated places.
