The space
Although our unit doesn’t have a balcony, the large window offers a peaceful view of Pioneer St. and a partial glimpse of the pool. You can sit back, relax, and enjoy the lively street below or the calming pool area from the comfort of the unit. The big window lets in plenty of natural light, giving the space an open and airy feel perfect for unwinding without ever needing to step outside.
For those curious about our condo's surroundings, while we're not directly inside a mall, we're conveniently surrounded by a variety of options. Right in front and beside our building, you'll find popular fast food joints like Jollibee, KFC, Tokyo Tokyo, Bonchon.
Need banking services? Metrobank, and PBCOM are nearby.

Thank you for helping us keep Sunrays Staycation clean, safe, and comfortable for everyone. Please read and follow the house rules below.
🧹 CLEAN & RESPECT THE UNIT
• Please practice CLEAN AS YOU GO. No deep cleaning is required our cleaner will handle the final cleaning.
• Wash all dishes and return kitchen, dining, and cooking items to their proper places before check-out.
• Wipe any food or oil spills after cooking.
• Dispose of food leftovers from the refrigerator before check-out.
• Please remove your shoes at the entrance. Slippers are provided.
• Do not rearrange furniture, appliances, gadgets, or décor.
• Excessive mess, stains, or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair charges. A minimum ₱5,000 cleaning fee may apply for severe mess or stains requiring deep cleaning.
🗑️ TRASH DISPOSAL
Please take all trash to the designated garbage room after check-out.
📍 10th floor, right side of the hallway exit door.
Garbage hauling hours: 1:00 PM–6:00 PM and 10:00 PM–6:00 AM.
Please do not leave garbage inside the unit or outside the front door. Penalties may apply.
🍳 COOKING
Light cooking is allowed.
When cooking:
• Turn on the range hood.
• Open the bathroom door and turn on the bathroom exhaust fan.
• Turn on the air purifier beside the sofa bed.
• Clean the induction stove, backsplash, and countertop after cooking.
PS5 & GAMES
Please handle the PS5 and controller with clean hands and do not use them while eating.
• Only 1 controller is provided.
• Handle game discs carefully to prevent scratches or fingerprints.
• Do not download or install games.
• Damage or loss may be charged accordingly.
GUEST & KIDS POLICY
• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests total, including children.
• Children 7 years old and below: 1 child is free.
• Additional children/guests beyond the free allowance: ₱300 each, subject to the maximum occupancy.
Examples:
1 adult + 3 kids = 4 guests
2 adults + 2 kids = 4 guests
3 adults + 1 kid = 4 guests
4 adults = 4 guests
🚭 NO SMOKING
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in non-designated areas of the building.
Any evidence of smoking/vaping inside the unit will incur a ₱5,000 violation fee + actual deep-cleaning/odor-removal cost.
Please use only the building’s designated smoking areas.
🚫 NO PETS
Pets are not allowed inside the unit or building premises in accordance with building regulations.
🚫 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Violation may result in a ₱2,500 penalty and additional charges for any resulting damage or cleaning.
🚫 NO GLITTER, CONFETTI OR SLIME
Please do not use glitter, confetti, or slime inside the unit as these can permanently damage or stain furniture and surfaces.
A ₱5,000 cleaning fee may apply for violations.
🚫QUIET HOURS
Please keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Late check-out is only allowed with prior approval from the host and if there is no incoming guest.
Late check-out fee: ₱600 per hour.
Before leaving, please:
• Turn off lights, ACs, and appliances.
• Close the bathroom and front doors.
• Wash the dishes.
• Dispose of food leftovers and trash properly.
TOILET & PLUMBING
Please do not flush wipes, sanitary products, paper towels, makeup wipes, or other non-flushable items.
Dispose of them in the trash bin provided.
Clogging or plumbing damage caused by improper disposal may be charged ₱5,000 or the actual repair cost, whichever is higher.
DAMAGE, LOSS & VIOLATIONS
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of furniture, appliances, gadgets, décor, or other items during their stay.
Charges will be based on the actual repair/replacement cost where applicable.
Serious house-rule violations may incur a minimum ₱5,000 penalty, in addition to any actual cleaning, repair, or replacement costs.
CONCERNS DURING YOUR STAY
Please inform us as soon as possible if you encounter any problem with the unit, preferably within the first 6 hours of your stay, so we have the opportunity to assist and resolve it promptly.
