I give my guests space but am available when needed.

- No housekeeping services will be provided during your stay. You will get a neat and clean room while u checkin but during your stay we will not be doing any cleaning or bed making service as it’s a Homestay not a hotel or resort . The guests are requested to keep the room neat and clean during their stay.

- No smoking allowed inside the rooms. You can smoke in the balcony where the ashtray is provided.

- If any damage caused to the property you will be reported to Airbnb and asked for a fine.

- Please kindly turn off the air conditioning and lights when you are away.

- Host will be available at all times for any assistance and guidance to make your stay a memorable one.

- We have a strick check-in and check-out policy, therefore we request you to make prior arrangements with us in case you wish to check-in early or check-out late. If not, you will be charged for an extra day.

Currently we are not providing homemade food, however, there are couple of food joints 5 mins walk. Swiggy is available in our area too.

For Complimentary 2 Wheeler Access - please let us know if you require this, as soon as your reservation is confirmed. You will need to pay a refundable deposit upon arrival, just like in any other scooty rental outlets.
