This ensuite room is on the 2nd FLOOR with no lifts, private entrance, equipped with power back up for an uninterrupted convenience.

Guests will have access to balcony area that has tea, coffee, water and microwave station. They can use the table for work.
During your stay
I give my guests space but am available when needed.
- No housekeeping services will be provided during your stay. You will get a neat and clean room while u checkin but during your stay we will not be doing any cleaning or bed making service as it’s a Homestay not a hotel or resort . The guests are requested to keep the room neat and clean during their stay.
- No smoking allowed inside the rooms. You can smoke in the balcony where the ashtray is provided.
- If any damage caused to the property you will be reported to Airbnb and asked for a fine.
- Please kindly turn off the air conditioning and lights when you are away.
- Host will be available at all times for any assistance and guidance to make your stay a memorable one.
- We have a strick check-in and check-out policy, therefore we request you to make prior arrangements with us in case you wish to check-in early or check-out late. If not, you will be charged for an extra day.
