The chalet is in the immediate vicinity to the beach, in a very family-friendly environment “Strand-Camping Valkenisse.” Here there are (during the camping season until the end of October) outdoor/indoor playgrounds, animal meadow/petting zoo; bike rental, restaurant and snack bar and washing machines.
A small grocery store with fresh baked goods is 50 meters away; in 400 meters you can get to the dune entrance/beach access/beach hut/pavilion. Another restaurant is located at the dune entrance.
