The space
This newly updated clean and cozy condo will have everything you need! Your Sunday River vacation awaits with true ski-in ski-out access to South Ridge Lodge and Three Ski Lifts! We have provided a description below to give you an in-depth overview of everything you can expect for your vacation get-away!
Where you will sleep
• There will be plenty of room to fit your friends and family as this condo comes equipped with a queen bed, a full bed and twin bed in the bedroom. You will find extra blankets and pillows in the bedroom closet if needed. Brand new beds installed for the 2025-2026 season!
• The living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa and futon bed for extra guests. The sleeper sofa has a storage area with extra linens blankets and pillows if needed.
• The optimal number of guests would be 4 people. But we can definitely fit 6! Please keep in mind, it is a smaller condo.
The Kitchen
• The kitchen comes fully stocked with more then you could imagine. Refrigerator, oven, microwave, keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer, crock pot, dishes, silverware, drinkware, cookware, bakeware, kitchen utensils + more!
• We have complimentary coffee, tea, hot cocoa, spices, cooking oils, baking supplies and much more.
• There are four stools provided for seating around the kitchen island.
The Bathroom
• In the bathroom we will provide all that you will need to make your stay comfortable!
• We will provide fresh and clean bath towels hand towels and blue pool towels (found in front closet) for our guests.
• All shampoo, conditioner and body wash will be available for use.
• Beyond that we have provided a hair dryer, hand soap, lotion, makeup mirror, makeup remover cloths, lotion, first aid kit + more if you forgot something at home.
• You will also find a “hotel safe” in the front closet to lock away your valuables if needed.
The Living Room
• The living room is furnished with a Samsung Smart TV where you'll be able to watch premium cable television or log into your various subscription services (Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video Disney +, Netflix etc). Many of these subscriptions will already be logged in for your immediate viewing pleasure. You can also find a TV in the Bedroom which includes Roku TV for streaming services.
• Entertain your family and friends on the Nintendo Switch and a SNES Mini loaded with thousands of classic games!
• Relax on the new modern couch and futon chair. Tucked under the arm of the couch there are two stools for additional seating in the living room.
Fast Wi-Fi Internet, Workspace and Gym Equipment
• Looking for a long term stay and work from the mountain for an extended period of time? We have you covered with a dedicated workspace and Free high-speed Wi-Fi up to 500 MBPS Speed!
• There will be a fold out work desk and chair in the bedroom under the full size bed if you would like to setup a dedicated space to work for your extended stays.
• You will also find your own private gym tucked away in the closet as well. This is also for guest who have an extended stay or if you would like an extra work out on vacation before or after hitting the ski mountain! This will include a yoga mat, fold out bench with adjustable dumbbells and straight bar with free weights.
• Both the desk and gym equipment will be tucked away with room for setup in the bedroom if you choose to take advantage.
Private Deck & Fireworks
• You will have access to your own private outdoor deck with electric grill and bar style seating area with stools.
• Our condo has the best mountain views and firework display views in all of Fall Line hands down! It’s all about location in this comfy, clean, ski in ski out vacation getaway!
The Common Room / Pool / Laundry/ Ski Locker / Restaurant
• Guest will also enjoy the common room on the first floor where you can lounge in front of the fireplace or play board games with your favorite people.
• On the first floor you will find a heated pool, hot tub and two saunas after a long day on the slopes.
• On the first floor you will find on site laundry (guest paid can scan and pay with QR code online). These are brand new state of the art washers and dryers just installed this year. We have provided detergent in the lower cabinet for your laundry needs.
• Your red ski locker can be found in the basement to store all your gear. We will provide you with a ski locker key for your stay.
• There is a pool table in the onsite Italian restaurant, Frank’s Bar and Grill (check their website for winter hours).
Guest access
Park in the upper or lower lot at 8 Fall Line Dr Newry ME and head in any common door and upstairs to East 201 located very conveniently in the middle of the building close to exits, pool and the common room. We will provide you with a door code prior to your arrival. You will also have access to a red ski locker on the first floor to hold all your gear during your stay. Walk out in ski boots and start your day at South Ridge base lodge. We will provide you with a detailed guest book giving you everything you need to know.
