The property is ready to be enjoyed in all seasons from boating in the summer to skating/snowmobiling on the lake in the winter - we have it all in this 4 bedroom 2 bath property ( 6 adults, 4 kids) with views of the waterfront from the all-glass exterior.

The Sunday Lakehouse is a boutique lakefront cottage in Muskoka on the crystal-clear waters of Lake of Bays sitting on an acre lot. The property is a perfect family destination, couples escape, girl’s getaway, intimate wedding/celebration location, or company retreat. The property comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 4 kids.
We can’t imagine a more serene way to spend your days then to hear the rippling sounds of the water, the echoes of the forests, and see the bright sun reflect off the glass exterior. If you love kicking up your feet and staring out at the waterfront while lounging on the couch by the wood-burning fireplace, or lounging on the lakefront floating lily pad our property allows you views of Lake of Bays from many relaxing spots inside or out.
The lakehouse is positioned on a private 150 feet wide waterfront lot with hard packed sand entry up to 30 feet out (great for little ones), but also has deeper waters at the end of the dock.
The Sunday Lakehouse comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 4 kids across four cozy bedrooms – two bedrooms facing the lake each with one queen size bed, one bedroom with a double bed + full crib facing the forest, and a fourth bedroom with a twin/double bed bunks. In addition, our main living space has a pull-out queen-sized bed (when required).

The Sunday Lakehouse is an open concept one level bungalow style property with chefs kitchen including a 3 seater island, 8 person dining table, and gas stove. The kitchen backdrop has 3 windows looking out onto the sunrise every morning, and the farm style island sink faces the living room, dining room, and bar. The living room can comfortable seat up to 10 of your guests for games nights or cozy cocktails by the wood-burning fireplace.
The property is safely accessible ALL YEAR ROUND (municipally plowed), in addition to lawn maintenance and driveway snow removal conducted by our extended housekeeping teams. From November to the start of May, the dock is removed and placed in storage for the winter months. There is equal amounts of fun activities to keep you and your guests entertained throughout all seasons.
SUMMER/FALL
Lake of Bays is the 4th largest lake in Muskoka with crystal clear water for swimming, diving, relaxing, and more! There are 2 kayaks and 2 Stand up paddle boards for you to use with compliments - 5 adult life jackets in varying sizes, as well as three youth/infant life jackets. The best part is the property is on a levelled lot, meaning NO STAIRS to the lake (kid friendly and accessible for all). The lake house is under 5 minutes from Dwight Beach/Lake of Bays Marina, and a short drive to Arrowhead Provincial Park, Hidden Valley Ski Area, Arrowhead Kids Camp, downtown Huntsville, plenty of hiking/bike trails, snowmobile/atv tours, and so much more.
WINTER/SPRING
Lake of Bays freezes over and is the perfect backdrop for a game of hockey on the ice, or snowshoeing! You are also a short drive away from skiing at local Hidden Valleys Highlands Ski Area, or snow shoeing/snowmobiling trails at Arrowheard/Limberlost forest. The lakehouse is also steps from great ice fishing (just walk out 60 feet from our shoreline and you'll so many ice huts setup after late January into March- so pack that fishing tent/supplies and spend your mornings ice fishing.

The lakehouse has space for up to 6 car parking, on a private secluded street!
Other things to note
The property has a full water filter system - you can drink the tap or fridge water. It is on a septic system so please note we need to be aware of all guests that will be onsite, and only toilet paper can be flushed!
