Guests will have full access to the entire cabin, located in the peaceful PlaVada neighborhood. Enjoy nearby snow play in winter, scenic hiking trails, and easy river access—all just steps from your door.
Other things to note
→ House Rules: Failure to follow house rules will result in being asked to leave without a refund. This includes no pets, no smoking (inside or on deck), no additional guests, and no fires (candles included) due to wildfire risk. Outdoor security cameras monitor the deck and driveway for safety.
→ Winter Travel: A 4WD/AWD vehicle and chains are essential during snowy conditions. Be prepared to shovel if snowfall occurs during your stay (shovels provided).
→ Severe Weather Flexibility: Weather on Donner Summit can be unpredictable. We’re happy to adjust dates if snow impacts travel if possible, but bring enough groceries to stay cozy if you get snowed in!
→ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
