The unit is new and most of our furniture's are brand new.

Guest have access to the entire studio apartment including the balcony.

*Light cooking is allowed, avoid heating smelly food.
* Strictly no smoking/vaping inside the unit.
* Please ensure faucets are closed and water is not running when not in use.
* Smart TV (cable with 120++ channels and built-in chrome cast)

-Swimming pool *pool is open from 8:00 - 10:00 AM & 2:00 - 4:00 PM with a charge of PHP 150 per head. (payment to be settled at the clubhouse), The pool is closed every Tuesday. Note: -Clubhouse/events function hall & gym are closed, due to the current situation.

The above-mentioned schedule is given by the admin of Pine suites Tagaytay. It is subject to change without prior notice please refer to the information in the reception upon check-in.

- Due to current covid situation, we recommend guest to bring their own towels and personal hygiene for everyone's safety.

-Before check-in, guests are required to present valid ID to the guard.
-Due to the current situation we just need to follow few guidelines from the local government of Tagaytay and Pines Suites Management. An endorsement letter will be sent to the guest through email or direct message to be filled up, the guard on duty will issue health declaration forms to the guest to fill up before they are allowed entry to the property, lastly baranggay health clearance needs to be presented.
