Refurbished apartment, designed by Mínimo Arq (@minimo arq br). The large and integrated space, with excellent natural lighting and ventilation, provides comfort and well-being. With a minimalist style, it privileges the essential elements. The spacious balcony, always cool, overlooking a permanent green area, was restored, maintaining the building's originality. It is very well located, on a block with varied shops, in the coolest neighborhood of the capital, Asa Norte. The place is facing a wonderful garden, which shadows the balcony of the en-suite.
