Refurbished apartment, designed by Mínimo Arq (@minimo arq br). The large and integrated space, with excellent natural lighting and ventilation, provides comfort and well-being. With a minimalist style, it privileges the essential elements. The spacious balcony, always cool, overlooking a permanent green area, was restored, maintaining the building's originality. For people who appreciate a modern, comfortable, clean and complete environment. Suitable for short and long stays.

The space
It is very well located, on a block with varied commerce, in the coolest neighborhood of the capital, Asa Norte. The place faces a wonderful garden, which shades the balcony of the en-suite.
It has all the kitchen utensils, such as a microwave, induction stove, pots, minibar, electric kettle, sandwich maker, etc. In addition, it has a washer/dryer, bed linens with 400-thread count sheets, and towels of excellent quality. Brasília is a city with a very mild climate, but for those hotter summer days the suite is equipped with silent air-conditioning.
The building's design is by renowned architect Milton Ramos, an excellent example of the city's good modernist architecture.
