Located amidst the exuberance of the Serra do Mar National Park, our house is less than 500 meters from the charming Rio-Santos highway and close to some of the most beautiful beaches on the north coast.

Guest access
At Casa Lia, our guests have access to all shared areas, designed to provide comfort and leisure: cozy living rooms, restaurant, swimming pool with a view, game room, TV room, shared and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a spa space with a Jacuzzi and sauna for moments of relaxation.

At Casa Lia, we believe that the greatest luxury is time well lived. That's why we only have one TV in the living room, designed for meetings and sharing. Our satellite internet reaches the living spaces – main house, pool and restaurant – but does not reach the rooms.
