Casa Lia was built in the 1990s and retains all its original charm to this day, combining comfort, sophistication and a welcoming atmosphere. Located amidst the exuberance of the Serra do Mar National Park, our house is less than 500 meters from the charming Rio-Santos highway and close to some of the most beautiful beaches on the north coast.
Guest access
At Casa Lia, our guests have access to all shared areas, designed to provide comfort and leisure: cozy living rooms, restaurant, swimming pool with a view, game room, TV room, shared and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a spa space with a Jacuzzi and sauna for moments of relaxation.
We also provide an exclusive parking space per accommodation.
We are in a prime location, close to well-structured beaches and, within a radius of up to 2 km, you will find bakeries, bars, restaurants and markets for your convenience.
