Why our home is special for you:
There is all 1 level with no steps inside. Faux wood flooring throughout ensures a clean space.
Kitchen has brand new appliances with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. There are all dishes, pots and pans, toaster and everything needed to cook in this home. Coffee and tea are provided along with creamer and sugar.

Bedroom 1: Offers a Queen Tuft & Needle bed, sitting area and TV
Bedroom 2: Offers a Queen Tuft & Needle bed and quiet space for working using the writing desk
Bedroom 3: Offers 2 twin beds and a pack n play, a few age appropriate books and toys
Sleeps 6 comfortably (7 if using the pack n play). All linens and pillows included.

Computer work space and wifi with blazing internet.

Flat screen smart TV. If you’re booking and you desire to watch other channels you can download these for an additional app download fee or login to use your existing apps.

Backyard is ready to have fun or just relax. Recently remodeled and is a spacious addition as an outdoor living space. There is a table that seats 6, ping pong table and a fire pit with chairs for 4 to sit around and enjoy. There is a gas bbq and tools to grill and enjoy an Arizona sunset.

For parking, up to three vehicles will fit in the driveway and street parking available. No HOA, so parking is never an issue.

We do allow one pet, however there is an additional cleaning fee of $150 to ensure future guests have a sparkling clean experience.

No parties or events allowed, no exceptions. Maximum of 6 people for sleeping and 10 people at the home if guests are coming to visit during the day.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home; comfortable living spaces inside and out. Watch the sunset from the front patio or relax in the backyard with a propane firepit, ping pong table and space for yard games. Quiet neighborhood perfect for peace and relaxation.
