The space
Located on the 2nd floor of the building, this studio comes with a balcony and lounging chair facing the green paddy field. The private studio space itself is designed as a loft, with a high ceiling, ground floor and an upper floor connected by stairs. All six rooms are designed uniquely, and this particular room is inspired by classic and colorful retro interior. The studio is completed with an ensuite bathroom, and kitchen downstairs. Just outside your room is the communal area that consists of lounging sofas and working / dining table space. Downstairs you can find the shared pool with a day bed where you can relax and enjoy.
This Stylish Retro-inspired unit offers approximately 39.7 square meters of indoor and outdoor living space, broken down as follows:

Guest access
Our building is located on the right on the side of the road with a private small pathway that leads to the accommodation. Upon the entrance you can find our parking area. The building itself consists of 6 uniquely styled loft studios. There is a shared pool next to the entrance with a size of of 3x8 m, the pool comes with a day bed in which you can relax and lounge after swimming. Upstairs, there are lounging area with dining tables for outdoor working and sofa overlooking the beautiful balcony, you can simply enjoy the serene view of the paddy rice field here.

**Important Information
Please note that there is ongoing construction near the property. While occasional noise may be heard during the day, it is generally minimal and should not significantly affect your stay. The workers do not operate on a full-time schedule, so any disturbance will be very limited.
**Guest Registration
• All guests are required to present a valid identification document upon check-in for registration purposes.
• International guests must provide a passport.
• Indonesian citizens may present a KTP or another government-issued photo ID.
**Safety Notice
• Please take extra care when using the stairs leading to the bedroom area. The handrail is available on only one side of the staircase, so we kindly ask all guests to watch their step at all times.
**Check-Out Procedure
• Check-out time is at 12:00 PM on your departure date.
We kindly ask you to adhere to the check-out time, as our housekeeping team requires sufficient time to prepare the villa for incoming guests.
• If you plan to check out earlier than the standard check-out time, please inform our co-host at least one day in advance.
• Late check-out until 6:00 PM is subject to availability and will incur an additional charge of 50% of the nightly room rate**.
• Check-out after 6:00 PM will be charged as an additional night's stay.
• Approximately one hour before check-out, our staff will conduct a brief inspection of the villa to ensure that all equipment, furniture, and property facilities are in good condition. Any damage caused during the stay may be subject to a compensation fee.
• All outstanding charges incurred during your stay must be settled prior to check-out.
• We would greatly appreciate your feedback and may ask you to complete a guest comment form to help us improve our services.
• Our staff will be happy to assist with carrying your luggage from the villa to the parking area.
