This 2-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet holiday apartment complex in El Sitio de Calahonda, minutes away from amenities and the best beaches in Costa del Sol.
This complex has its own swimming pool equipped with sunbeds surrounded by lush gardens.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all conveniences, such as: microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, squeezer, toaster and washing machine.
Furthermore, the apartment has a fully equipped bathroom with walk-in shower.
From the well-decorated living room, you will enjoy a breath-taking view over the beautiful sea.
Air conditioning, fans, high speed Wi-Fi and TV with international channels are also available.
You can park inside the complex on a first come first served basis.

Guests will have access to the whole apartment as well as common areas including parking, barbeque, gardens, pool and sunbeds.

Other things to note
There is an air conditioning unit in the living area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms, together with the sea breeze they will keep the apartment cool in the summer months. During the winter months electrical heaters will be provided.

The apartment is located in a quite residential area called El Sitio de Calahonda, next to Marbella. The area lies on a hill overlooking the sea and nearby golf courses. Renting a car is highly recommended, though with a nice walk you can access amenities, beaches and public transport .
