Full of style and with an amazing view, the studio has a double bed, full kitchen, two-seater table and bathroom. In the space, you also have Wi-Fi (router in the apartment next door), TV, hot and cold air, and all the amenities you need to feel at home! It is worth mentioning that the cleaning of the place follows advanced hygiene protocols. And the location? It's a five-minute walk to both the subway (Anhangabaú or República) and one of the main bus terminals (Bandeira).

The space
Being in a place where everything is designed for your comfort is priceless! This is the case of this studio located in the Setin Downtown São Luís building, a condominium fully prepared to receive guests. At the reception (24 hours), your data will already be registered and you will only need to register your biometrics upon arrival to enter and exit the building. The electronic lock allows access to the apartment with just a password, sent to you in advance, and therefore enabling self check-in. Once you are settled in, it is well worth spending some time on the charming balcony overlooking one of the city's most famous intersections: Rua da Consolação and Avenida São Luís. And also visit the many postcard-worthy sights in the surrounding area, such as the Municipal Theater and Terraço Itália. Parking, supermarket, ATM and everything else you need are a block away!
