Get that outdoorsy experience, in which it is vastly different to a majority of amenities due to the property being located next to a hill with access to barn animals and environmental! Is greatly located to pretty much everything, such as the Soboba Casino, Cinemas, Gym, Mountains, stores and more!

The space
Amenity is located in a guesthouse/basement downstairs. An RV will be located in the parking lot space as well. Home has a total of 4 rooms, in which this takes place in one of them with no living spaces shared besides parking. Unfortunately, the pool will not be able to be use as it is currently under maintenance for the time being (Will update once concluded).

Guest access
Mountain is just around the corner, will have access to ranch in which there will be barn animals, enhanced view to the city, full parking lot space, and patio if guests would like, for however long they would like. Hiking trail in which guests can hike and exercise to get the body moving located in the mountain and part of the property.

Other things to note
Pretty much a whole apartment in one.

Neighborhood highlights

Charming property, where the birds sing at dawn in the extensive groves. Surrounded by the beautiful mountain, bathed by the rising sun, offers the shadow quiet from the afternoons, beautiful to dawns and film sunsets and great tranquility at night where the singing of the crickets will lull you to sleep, in a very quiet area away from the noise of the city. Owls can be heard as well.
