The integrated space harmoniously combines a bedroom, living room and a compact but extremely well-equipped kitchen. To ensure your comfort, the room has 18,000 BTU air conditioning and blackout curtains for a perfect night's sleep.

Guest access
Your arrival is facilitated with our self check-in system by electronic lock. You will have full and private access to Studio Molise, as well as to the condominium's incredible common areas, which include:
• Direct and exclusive beach access.
• Infinity pool with ocean views on the terrace.
• Sunbeds and relaxation area.
• Sauna.
• Complete gym.
• OMO shared laundry (paid separately).
• coworking space.
• Convenience store inside the condominium.
Other things to note
• Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out until 12pm.
Requests to adjust the schedule must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
• Beach Access:
Because you have direct access to the beach, we kindly ask you to use the shower at the entrance of the building when you return to remove excess sand.
• Cleanliness:
The cleaning fee includes preparation for check-in and final cleaning. For stays longer than 7 days, it is possible to arrange an extra cleaning service with a change of bed linens and towels (additional cost).
• In case of non-standard dirt, an additional cleaning fee may be applied.
Identification and security:
• To comply with condominium rules and ensure everyone's safety, it is mandatory to send the name and photo ID of all guests after booking and before check-in (I.D., driver's license, or passport).
• Studio Molise does not accept bookings on behalf of third parties. If it is necessary to include or replace a guest, the request must be made in advance for approval.
Township:
To preserve tranquility and privacy, visits and the use of common areas by people not registered in the reservation are not allowed.
Coexistence and quiet:
• Between 10 pm and 8 am, we ask that you respect quiet hours to maintain harmony between residents and guests.
Common areas:
• Glass cups or bottles are not allowed in the pool.
General policies:
• 100% smoke-free flat, including e-cigarettes and vapes;
• Pets are not allowed in this unit.
