Welcome to Saint-Brévin, where you can enjoy 8 km of fine sand, dune landscapes lined with pine trees, and mimosa trees, offering a whole range of experiences, from summer relaxation to the excitement of water sports and board sports!!!

This maisonette located in the Hermitage district has in particular:

The space
Ideally located about 200 m from the Plage de l'Ermitage and the La Pierre Attelée forest and 2 km from the Plage des Rochelets, come and enjoy this lovely 28 m² cottage.

It consists of a living room with kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (160/200) and a bathroom with toilet. You can have an extra bed in the living room sofa, which is convertible.

The garden is enclosed, you will have a charcoal barbecue as well as a garden furniture for your alfresco meals (our animal friends are welcome).

The accommodation is adjoining a house, the gardens are separate, but the entrance to the grounds is common.

The center of Saint-Brévin-L'Océan and its shops are less than 3 km away (bars, restaurants, bakeries, convenience store, casino, markets, night markets in summer).

In summer, enjoy the market at the foot of the accommodation on Wednesday mornings!

The linens as well as the end of stay cleaning are not included in the price of the stay. For economic reasons we want to leave everyone the choice to take their own sheets, towels and clean upon check-out.

Please let us know when you book. The request for linen rental must be made at least 7 days before arrival in the rental (duvets and/or blankets and pillows are available on site). The end of stay cleaning request must be made no later than 72 hours before departure. From July 1 to August 31, no cleaning orders can be made after your check-in. If booked less than 7 days prior to arrival, linen rental and cleaning requests may be accepted subject to availability.

Electric vehicle charging is not allowed (charging points are near the listing).
