Welcome to Saint-Brévin! Enjoy 8 km of fine sand, dune landscapes lined with pine trees, mimosas inviting you to experience a whole bouquet of sensations, from summer relaxation to the vibrations of water sports and surfing!!!


This maisonette located in the Hermitage district has in particular:

The space
Ideally located about 200 m from the beach of the Hermitage, the forest of La Pierre Attelée and 2 km from the beach of the Rochelets, come and enjoy this pretty 28 m² house!

It consists of a living room with kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (160*200) and a bathroom with toilet. You can enjoy an extra bed in the living room sofa which is convertible.

The garden is enclosed, you will have a charcoal barbecue as well as a garden furniture for your alfresco meals (our animal friends are welcome).

The accommodation is adjoining a house, the gardens are separate, but the entrance to the grounds is common.

The center of Saint-Brévin-L'Océan and its shops are less than 3 km away (bars, restaurants, bakeries, convenience store, casino, markets, night markets in summer).

During the summer, enjoy the market at the foot of the accommodation on Wednesday mornings.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home.

The accommodation is adjoining a house, the gardens are separate, but the entrance to the grounds is shared.

- Arrival possible from 5pm to 10pm (outside these hours on request and with surcharge, outside these hours we cannot be held responsible in case of difficulty accessing the accommodation)
- Checkout before 10 a.m. (late checkout available on request and with surcharge)

Linens and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the price of the stay. For economic reasons we want to leave everyone the choice to take their own sheets, towels and to do the cleaning at checkout.

- Bed linen kit: €18 per double bed/€15 per single bed (bed making not included)
- Bath towel and hand towel kit: €9 (bath mat is provided when a towel kit is ordered)
- 3 tea towel kit: €4

Please let us know your request when booking. The linen rental request must be made at least 7 days before arrival in the rental (duvets and/or blankets and pillows are available on site). The request for end-of-stay cleaning must be made no later than 72 hours before departure. From July 1 to August 31, no cleaning orders can be made after your arrival. In the event of a reservation made less than 7 days before check-in, requests for linen and cleaning may be accepted subject to availability.

Charging an electric vehicle is not allowed (charging points are located near the property).
