We are a 3-minute drive from Centrinho da Lagoa and very close to the best beaches on the east of Santa Catarina Island (4.5 km to Praia Mole and 9 km to Novo Campeche). Our location allows you to get very fast and without traffic, even with the traditional traffic jams at the end of the year, to the bars and restaurants of Centro da Lagoa and beaches like Novo Campeche.
