Our cosy studio is located 50m to the picturesque Vieux Port. It is perfect for one or two adults. It is located in a traditionnal local house, with a private access.
The overall surface is 23 square meters. The main room is equipped with a small kitchen, and there is a separate shower room with toilets.
The appartement was fully renovated in 2020, with new wooden furnitures and air conditionning. 50 m from the Vieux Port, Calanque du Mugel at 350 m, beach at 1400 m.

The space
The studio is equipped with fiber internet (cable and wifi), computer with internet television.
🪑 Solid wood furniture (wardrobe, night table with drawers, 2 chairs, 3 stools, desk, coffee table, kitchen table, hangers, coat hook).

🛌 Sleeping for two people on a Diva 190x140 sofa bed with a 20 cm thick Dunlopillo mattress. Duvet (240x220) and 2 pillows (60x60).
🧺 Linen is provided : fitted sheet, duvet cover, and pillowcases.

👶🏻 Equipped with a baby cot (⚠️ bed linen for the crib not provided: provide the necessary). Booster seat baby.
👕 Iron and ironing board in the wardrobe.
🧹 Broom and brush next to the wardrobe.

🍱 Kitchenette: equipped with induction hobs, microwave grill oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cutlery and utensils. Clean sponges under the sink, mop, garbage bags, as well as cleaning products. + clean cloth.

🚿 Bathroom: shower, sink, WC, heated towel rail.
Washing machine and dryer.
Hair dryer, scales and trash bags in the drawers. Clean bath mat.
🧺 Linen is provided : 2 towels + 2 washcloths.

🙏🏻 Thank you for doing the cleaning before leaving (+ empty fridge + discarded bins).
You can leave the used laundry in the shower (please leave the mattress protector on the bed, however), we will wash it after your departure.
