The apartment/studio is located in the heart of the city of Rio de Janeiro, close to several theaters, museums, cinemas, coffee shops, convenience stores and restaurants. With a 5-minute walk you will reach the Lapa neighborhood and, by subway, you will be on the beaches of the south zone of Rio in 10 minutes. The location is convenient for visiting Corcovado, Sugarloaf Mountain, Maracanã and other attractions in Rio. Santos Dumont Airport is very close, and the tram will take you quickly to the Bus Station.

We will be delighted to welcome you and want to ensure that your stay is comfortable and peaceful. To that end, we would like to share some important information:

1. Sending documents
As required by the condominium, all guests must send an official photo ID (RG, CNH or passport) at least 24 hours in advance so that we can request entry clearance from the concierge. Without this submission, access to the apartment cannot be authorized.


2. Check-in and terms of stay
At check-in, you will be invited to read and agree to the terms of stay, which deal with cleaning, general apartment conditions, and equipment operation.


3. Apartment structure
Bedroom: double bed, TV, air conditioning and desk with computer available.

Living room: sofa bed, side tables, dresser, china cabinet with books available for loan. The room does not have air conditioning, but we provide a climate control unit and a powerful fan.

Kitchen and service area: equipped with microwave, electric oven, toaster, air fryer, single-burner induction stove, refrigerator, water filter, electric pan, blender and all necessary utensils. There is a washing machine and clothesline for drying clothes, but we do not provide products for this purpose (soap and softener).


4. Special attention
The apartment is not suitable for children or people with reduced mobility.


5. About the environment
Because it is a residential building, there may be noise caused by construction in other units, which is beyond our control.


6. Reporting problems
If there are any problems during your stay, please contact us immediately so we can find a solution as soon as possible.

The apartment has a bedroom equipped with a double bed, TV and air conditioning. There is also a desk with a computer available for use.

The kitchen is complete and equipped with various appliances, such as a microwave, electric oven, toaster, air fryer and single-burner induction stove, refrigerator, as well as all the utensils necessary for preparing and consuming meals. There is a washing machine and clothesline for drying clothes (products such as soap and softener are not included).

It is essential to inform that the apartment is not suitable/adapted for people with reduced mobility or for children.

Because it is a residential unit, there is the possibility of occasional noise, since other residents may carry out construction work in their apartments. However, all are only allowed to take place during business hours.

To guarantee access to the property, the guest must send, at least 24 hours in advance, the documentation of everyone who will be staying in the apartment. This is a requirement of the condominium to release the entrance. We do not authorize visits to or stays in the property by people who are not included in the reservation.

At the time of check-in, the guest must read and agree to the terms of stay, which include checking the cleanliness and general conditions of the apartment, as well as the operation of the equipment.

Any problems identified during the stay must be reported immediately to the host, so that prompt action can be taken and the guest is not inconvenienced.
