Enjoy DTLA skyline views right from the space, with natural light pouring in throughout the day and a calm, ambient atmosphere at night. The studio is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a well-appointed sleeping area with a queen bed, a functional kitchenette, and a clean, modern bathroom. For your entertainment, a projector screen with Roku allows for easy streaming.
Step outside to your private patio, perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening while taking in the city views. The outdoor space features a fire pit, cozy seating, and ambient string lighting surrounded by greenery.
The studio offers a sense of privacy with simple, thoughtful luxuries and is located below the main home.

We’re close to Downtown LA (just a few miles away), which has great restaurants, museums, and nightlife. Overall, it’s a great central base to explore all of Los Angeles while still being in a more relaxed residential neighborhood.

Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the studio and its dedicated outdoor patio. The studio has its own separate entrance for easy self check-in and added privacy.
The pathway leading down to the studio is a shared access point with the main home and is intended for entry and exit only. All other areas of the upstairs residence are private and not accessible to guests. This is a downstairs unit with steps leading down to the studio.
Ample and free street parking is available for studio guests.

Other things to note
The upstairs residence is occupied, and we kindly ask that it be respected at all times. The pathway leading down to the studio is a shared access point intended for brief pass-through only.

Guests will have their own private outdoor patio to relax and enjoy during their stay. Ample Street parking only is available for studio guests; the parking space in front of the home is reserved and NOT designated for studio guests’ use.

The Studio is located in the hills and surrounded by nature. We take great care to maintain a clean, comfortable home, but as with any home in a natural setting, occasional encounters with nature are possible. We kindly ask guests to keep exterior doors and windows closed when not in use to help minimize these occurrences. If you notice anything during your stay that requires our attention, please contact us immediately so we have the opportunity to investigate and address it promptly. Our home is best suited for guests who appreciate a peaceful hillside setting and understand the unique characteristics of a natural environment.
