You will find accommodation in a quiet area, just a 15-minute walk from the city center.
From here, you can take beautiful walks🥾. We are also close to several places of interest such as the caves of Han-sur-Lesse, the Chevetogne estate, the Château de Lavaux Sainte Anne or the Eurospace Center.

The studio is in the same house where we live, but on the mezzanine, on the lower floor.
Its three adjoining rooms (without doors between them) include a kitchen/dining room, a living room, and a bedroom.
You will have access to your accommodation through a separate entrance.
The studio has everything you need to spend a few days in the area.
There is a fridge, a kettle, a coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), bed linens and towels...
You have access to the terrace and garden, which you will share with us.
! The ceiling is rather low, not suitable for tall people!

Rental rules:
1. 🅿️ It is possible to park for free in the left driveway along the house, but please ensure accessibility to the garage.
2. 🔑 The key is in the small box next to the front door. Check-in is autonomous. If we are there to welcome you, we will come to greet you.
3. 🏠 Treat the place like it's your own.
4. 💶 Report any damage found upon arrival so that it is not attributed to you. Otherwise, you may be charged an additional fee.
5. 🚭 It is not allowed to smoke indoors. If you smoke outside, please leave the cigarette butts in the ashtray.
6. 🛜 The Wi-Fi key is on the living room table or, if not, ask for it here.
7. 🖥️ This is a smartTV but there is no cable TV. The codes required to access Netflix are Profile: 004 - pin: 7748.
