Unwind in this charming studio apartment featuring an open living space, fully equipped kitchen, large skylight windows, cozy loft and modern furnishings throughout. Highlights include a SmartTV, WIFI, air conditioning and ample natural light.
Studio 74 is nestled on the top floor of a historic building in the heart of Annecy's old town on a pedestrian street only 50 meters from the main tourist sites, restaurants and boutiques. The lake is a short 2-5 minute walk away.
The space
Studio 74 was completely renovated in June 2020 breathing new life into this unique location in the heart of Annecy. The apartment was designed to showcase its historic structural beams while creating modern, comfortable spaces within.
The apartment has a bright, spacious living area with a comfy couch which converts into a double bed when needed. There is a built-in bar for dining or use as a comfortable work space. A large double-mirrored wardrobe provides ample storage space for guests to store their belongings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a double burner, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, Nespresso Pixie, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. General provisions such as coffee pods, tea, salt/pepper and dish soap are also included for your convenience.
The bathroom is small but elegant, featuring a rain shower. It will always come stocked with plenty of fluffy towels and all the essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap that you need to ensure that you have a comfortable stay in Annecy.
A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.
Etched clouds line the staircase leading up to the cozy loft where you can tuck into a comfortable double bed with plenty of pillows. A small fixed window at the foot of the bed allows natural light in during the day but can be covered for a longer night's sleep.
The space is comfortable for 3 adults OR 2 adults plus 2 small children.
