Studio with kitchenette, shower and toilet, double bed, quiet and cozy. Located in the center of the village near the shops and the Sarthe. Independent entrance with stairs. Access to a shared garden and terrace. Four restaurants accessible by foot as well as a small supermarket, two bakeries, three banks, a cellar, a pharmacy and two bars.

The space
This studio, as we call it, was intended for one of my children, but unfortunately it took me a bit longer than expected to convert it! It's an old cellar and coal store, and when we did the work we found a coin from 1792 in it, so we went looking for a treasure that we never found!

Other things to note
To get to our studio, you have to climb a dozen or so steps back up to the rue du Moulin.
