Remodeled on 2023 this unique place has a style all its own and it's a perfect fit for those looking for unique accommodation in the French Quarter. The two private bedrooms feature king-size beds and the space is equipped with a kitchen, dining, and living area.

You will be located right at the heart of the French Quarter within less than a 2-minute walk from Bourbon Street.

The space
As soon as you step foot in this space nestled in a historic French Quarter building, you're welcomed to a quintessential New Orleans courtyard. Follow the stairs to the fourth floor leading into your private entrance. Once inside you will find the stylish yet highly comfortable open-plan living area.

MASTER BEDROOM
The private master bedroom is equipped with king size bed with a memory foam mattress, a 55" Smart TV, and views of the French Quarter skyline.

SECOND BEDROOM
The second bedroom, also private, is equipped with a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, skylights, and 55" Smart TV.

BATHROOM
Gorgeous and bright, this freshly renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower.

LIVING SPACE
Sprawling living space with views of the city from the window. The space comes equipped with a comfy queen size sofa bed, original exposed brick and beams, a 55" smart tv, and a cozy seating area that doubles as a sleeping space for two.

LOFT
The open and comfortable loft features a queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress. *Loft is accessible with ladder*

KITCHEN
The full kitchen is an open space complete with a dining area for four. It comes equipped with everything one could need whether you are warming up takeout or cooking a five-course meal.

The condo comes equipped with the following amenities to maximize your comfort and enjoyment.

The apartment was fully renovated in October 2022 to provide guests with modern amenities while preserving our building's unique historical charm.

During your stay
We respect your privacy and make check-in seamless with self check-in and keypad access to the building and your suite.

We are available when needed and only a message or phone call away throughout your stay. Most guests enjoy a fully independent, contactless experience, but we are happy to assist if anything comes up.

PARKING
Due to its location in the heart of the city, we do not have onsite parking of our own. There is metered parking with 2 hour limit between 7 AM and 7 PM, and it's first come first serve. Overnight street parking is free and has no limitations between 7 PM and 7 AM. It's essential to pay attention to street signage to identify the areas where parking is allowed.

There are also 12 parking lots/garages throughout the French Quarter area. Most of the garages and lots are operated by Premium Parking. To locate the best parking option for you we recommend you download the Premium Parking app.

HISTORIC LOCATION
Saint Philip Residence is a very unique and historic space.
The building was constructed in the early 1800s and was originally a townhome. The Saint Philip Residence has been home to many different New Orleans legends, including author Robert Stone.

We have completely renovated the building and while doing so we preserved as much of its historical value as possible. This makes Saint Philip special and we hope you enjoy the work that was completed to preserve the space.

With all the historical buildings in city centers, we want you to be aware of some items that need more tender loving care.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor the building does not have an elevator.

Many features of the apartment are original, such as doors, walls, and windows.

The brick walls have been painted so there is minimal brick dust that will fall but please be aware if the walls are touched there may be some dust.
