Newly renovated, modern townhouse in the heart of Stowe—just steps from the iconic Rec Path and close to all the Village has to offer! Our home features a spacious kitchen and living area, spa-inspired bathroom, private patio, and seasonal pool. Sleeps 6 comfortably with a king bed in the primary and full bed plus twin-over-twin bunk in the second bedroom. Perfect for families or small groups year-round. Come enjoy all that Stowe has to offer!

🏡 Welcome to your cozy retreat in the heart of Stowe. Nestled within a quiet 9-unit community, this private townhouse offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.

— THE DOWNSTAIRS —

🍽️ The Kitchen: This space is the heart of the home — beautifully designed complete with premium appliances, a generous island, and everything you need to cook and gather comfortably. We’ve stocked the home with cookware, drinkware, utensils, and a Keurig with K-cups, cream, and sugar. A small welcome basket of snacks awaits your arrival.

🛋️ The Living Room: A bright and airy space with plenty of comfortable seating. Settle in with the Frame TV, which includes Samsung TV Plus and seamless access to your favorite streaming apps. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home.

🧺 Laundry Closet: A stacked washer/dryer is tucked away in the downstairs hall closet for guest use. We provide guests with detergent and dryer sheets.

— THE UPSTAIRS —

🛏️ The Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - Features a King bed with ultra cozy bedding. There’s also a small desk for anyone working on the go.
Bedroom 2 - An equally cozy space with a full bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds. A pack-and-play, baby gate, and children’s books are also available for our littlest guests (please note that the home is not fully baby-proofed).
+ Plus, both rooms include room-darkening shades, dressers, and ample closet space!

🚿 The Bathroom: This space was designed to be enjoyed! A beautiful and spacious walk-in shower is a definite highlight.

⛱️ Outdoor Dining: Fire up the grill and relax on the back patio overlooking the pool and peaceful green space.

🏊 The Pool: Enjoy the community’s seasonal, shared pool and private outdoor areas. The pool is open mid-June through mid-September with exact dates varying.

— EXTRAS —

🎿🚲 Storage: Our private, single-car garage is accessible to all guests for storing bikes, skis and other gear. (Please no parking inside the garage.)

— THE NEIGHBORHOOD —

🚴‍♀️ The Stowe Rec Path: It’s literally steps away — ideal for walking, running, biking, and in the winter, snowshoeing or cross-country adventures!

📍The Village: A short ~1.5 mile walk (or 3 min drive) along the path takes you to the Main Street of the Village or head in the other direction and check out many of Stowe’s best spots.

🍻 Dining & Drinks: Right nearby is Sushi Yoshi, American Flatbread, Stowe Cider and Stowe Bee Bakery & Cafe…and there’s much more along the Rec Path!

🏔️ ⛷️ Mountain Road: We’re tucked back off of Mountain Rd / Rte 108 so it’s a quick ~5 miles up the road to Stowe Mountain Resort / Spruce Peak and Smugglers’ Notch.

🚌 Shuttle: From late November through early April, a complimentary shuttle runs every 20–30 minutes to the ski resort, with a stop a short walk from the townhouse.

Guest access
Guests enjoy full access to the home, including the private patio and the shared outdoor spaces and seasonal pool. There is outdoor parking available for up to two vehicles.

The single-car garage offers generous space for storing bikes, skis, and other gear, and also houses the garbage and recycling bins. We kindly ask that guests refrain from parking vehicles inside the garage.

Entry is simple and secure with our keyless system. Your unique access code will be provided approximately 24 hours before arrival.

Other things to note
Seasonal note: The pool is open for summer use through early September. Guests should supervise children at all times, ensure all swimmers are comfortable in the water, and follow all posted pool rules.
