The Cottage at Stonum Vineyards is simply the perfect wine country getaway.

Nestled among Redwoods and a tranquil pond, the Cottage is set on 15 acres of the family’s estate Zinfandel.

Plan a private wine tasting experience with us, hit the Lodi Wine Trail, then return to home base with the entire winery estate to yourself!

The space
Stonum Vineyards is a family owned & operated winery. The Cottage, which dates back to 1900 is fondly referred to by the Stonum Family as “the ranch house”.

The light and airy 2-bedroom is fully furnished featuring a California king-sized bed in the master. No need to set an alarm, all the birds will be singing in the pond just outside the cottage.

There are 2 very friendly winery cats that live on the property. They are outdoor cats but will be hanging around and saying hello.

Coming soon is the Stonum Farm Garden, a one acre organic farm.

Stonum Vineyards is one of three wineries on Alpine Road, and 5 to 15 minutes away from all wineries. Just 10 mins from Downtown Lodi to explore restaurants, shops, tasting rooms, and breweries.

Guest access
Guests have access to stroll the family’s estate Zinfandel vineyard planted in 1979, and have complete access to all outdoor spaces.

Enjoy a picnic by the pond, or relax winery-side at our outdoor fireplaces. Catch a nap in one of the hammocks.

At night, bistro lights span the Redwood shaded lawn and Tasting Barn patio for a romantic dinner setting. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, access to bbq’s and picnic tables for outdoor cooking.

Other things to note
• Join us for our popular Friday Night Wine Down! Live music & food trucks every Friday night 5 to 8pm. Seasonal (during summer months).

• Regular wine tasting hours are Saturday & Sunday 12 to 5pm.

• Water Wagon Tour: Reserve a private wine tasting experience with the vintners, Kathy & Francesca Stonum! Tour starts with a ride around the vineyard in the “water wagon” (our old grape harvesting gondola) where you will learn about the Stonum Family’s history and viticultural practices, then to the working winery with the winemaker Kathy. Tour ends with a complimentary wine tasting & charcuterie pairing.

• Yoga with Ciara: Rejuvenate your body and mind with a private 45 minute flow class with our certified yoga instructor, Ciara. Enjoy the meditative and healing benefits of syncing movement and breath in the tranquil outdoor environment of the cottage grounds.
