The space
Step onto a boulder-top deck, slip into the hot tub, and watch the Red River Gorge cliff line glow at sunset. The Stoic was built for couples and small groups craving stillness — a place where the only sounds are wind in the trees and water bubbling beside you.

Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows pull the woods into the main bedroom, where a memory-foam Queen waits beside an east-facing window for sunrise wake-ups. A ladder leads to a cozy loft Queen with a reading nook tucked under the eaves.

The compact kitchen handles morning coffee and easy dinners, while the cliffside sun deck and fire-pit area become your outdoor living rooms by day and evening.

Whether it's an anniversary, a milestone birthday, or a long-overdue reset together, The Stoic gives you the views, the soak, and the silence to make it unforgettable.

This home is not set up specifically for children or infants. We gladly allow children of all ages but we do not have baby gates, outlet covers, or pack-n-plays available in these units.

Our well water is filtered and safe for consumption, however, some guests may prefer to bring their own water.

4WD/AWD is required to access Rock Haven Hideouts

The responsible person who books each reservation will be asked to review, sign and return a rental agreement prior to accessing the cabin.
