Situated in a residential community just minutes from Baguio’s vibrant core, this property offers a sanctuary of peace without sacrificing access to the city’s unique charm.
The space
Hearth is a private garden home designed for rest, presence, and unhurried living. The property holds three suites within the main house and one elevated detached guest suite, all unified by a thoughtful calm, soft light, and warm modern design.
The Main Level
The ground level is the heart of the home: a living space centered around a stone hearth, a cozy, intimate sunken bar area, and the open-concept living space framed by panoramic windows.
Second Floor Suites
Two private suites are located on the second floor, each designed for stillness and rest.
Forest Suite
A gentle, grounded room overlooking the front garden.
Garden Suite
A secluded space facing the rear garden, shaped for privacy and deeper ease.
Both suites include their own bathrooms and soft natural lighting.
The Horizon Suite (Loft)
Perched at the peak of the A-frame structure, this suite is accessed via a ladder-like artisanal staircase, an intentional ascent that rewards the effort of the climb.
Reserved entirely for perspective, this loft space features a private balcony that captures the most expansive mountainscape and the first light of the sunrise.
The Solarium (The Detached Haven)
An elevated, private guest suite built as a glasshouse cube. Perfect for guests seeking maximum solitude, The Solarium is a light-filled haven clad in warm wood, dedicated to concentrated reflection.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and garden spaces during their stay. This includes:

Other things to note
Hearth is a multi-level mountainside home designed for quiet rest. With that comes some natural considerations that help guests choose a stay that feels right for them.
• Water is delivered to the house, so we practice gentle, mindful use.
• Despite careful preparation, occasional insects may appear, especially during rainy or humid weather. Insect repellent is provided.
• The home is in a residential neighborhood. You may hear dogs, roosters, or the soft sounds of the hillside at times.
• The house is 5 to 10 minutes from well-loved Baguio cafés and landmarks such as Outlook Drive, Mines View, The Mansion, Botanical Garden, Wright Park, and Camp John Hay. Close to the city, while feeling quietly set apart.
Getting Around
The home is a short walk to the main road for public transport and convenience shops. If preferred, our staff can assist with:

Access and Parking
The driveway has a gentle slope typical of mountain homes. Standard vehicles can access it well, but very low-clearance cars may prefer to park along the roadside. We are happy to assist with guidance upon arrival.
Housekeeping Rhythm
A light daily tidy can be requested at any time between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
This includes emptying bins and a quiet refresh of shared spaces.
• Full linen, towels, and bed sheet changes are provided for stays of three nights or longer.
If you would like an additional linen refresh sooner, we can arrange it with care for a small fee.
• To help us move gently within the home, we observe a short reset period in the early afternoon between check-out and the standard check-in time. This ensures the house is refreshed with attention, not rushed.
If you prefer not to be disturbed at any point, simply place the "Do Not Disturb" sign at your door and message the staff. Your privacy will always be respected.
Evening Presence and Privacy
Your own private security personnel is stationed on the property perimeter at night. They do not enter guest areas unless requested.
Multi-Level Layout
The house has several stairways and elevated walkways. Because of this, it may not be ideal for young children running freely. Guests traveling with curious toddlers are welcome but are encouraged to supervise closely.
The Horizon Suite is reached by a compact, ladder-style staircase. It is a warm and intimate elevated retreat. If mobility is a concern, the Forest Suite or Garden Suite may be more comfortable.
Fireplace Use
If you wish to use the indoor fireplace, simply let our staff know and they will prepare it safely.
A starter bundle of firewood is provided at a standard fee, and additional bundles are available upon request.
Staff will simply note usage for settlement at checkout.
Belongings
Each suite includes a safety box. Guests are encouraged to store valuables when stepping out or sleeping, as with any stay.
Quiet Hours
Hearth is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood.
In accordance with Baguio’s Silent Night ordinance, we keep shared spaces and outdoor areas quiet after 10:00 PM.
Soft conversations are welcome. Loud music, parties, or amplified sound are not suited to the atmosphere of the home.
This helps maintain a sense of calm for everyone, including neighbors and fellow guests.
Visitors
To maintain a calm atmosphere, only registered guests may stay on the property past 10:00 PM.
Daytime visitors are welcome between 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM with advance notice.
Property can only handle a Maximum capacity of 13 Guests including Visitors.
