This charming contemporary villa 6/8 people located between Bonifacio and Porto-Vecchio is an ideal base for people wishing to explore South Corsica.
Close to all amenities (200m from the village Sotta), nature lovers will be won over by the calm of this bucolic place offering mountain and forest views.

The space
The entrance serves a large living space composed of the living room, dining room and kitchen. The whole is open by large bay windows overlooking a large terrace and its private pool of 9x3.70 m without any overlook.
On the ground floor, a master suite with a 160 cm bed, dressing room, bathroom with walk-in shower, island bathtub and separate toilet.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with 140 cm bed, a shower room and separate toilet.
An independent studio that can accommodate 2 people is also available.
