This charming contemporary villa for 6/8 people located between Bonifacio and Porto-Vecchio is an ideal base for people wishing to explore Southern Corsica.
Close to all amenities (200 m from the village of Sotta), nature lovers will be won over by the calm of this bucolic place offering mountain and forest views.

The space
The entrance serves a large living space consisting of the living room, dining room and kitchen. The whole is opened by large bay windows overlooking a large terrace and its private pool of 9 x 3.70 m without any overlook.
On the ground floor, a master suite with 160 cm bed, dressing room, bathroom with walk-in shower, island bathtub and separate toilet.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a 140 cm bed, a shower room and separate toilet.
An independent studio that can accommodate 2 people is also available.
