The space
This spot is AMAZING... you're right on the lake. Great fishing, swimming, or just relaxing. Bonfire, we have split firewood, or just enjoy nature.
Washer and Dryer available on request in the main home for guest that stay for three days or longer. Coordinate with host.
If you’re fisherman, there’s plenty of room to park one or two boats and trailers in the driveway. The dock is mine, and you can tie off to the houseboat or to the other side of the dock. And there is power on the dock to charge your batteries.
Pet friendly so bring them and let them swim!
Bring your Active Duty (only) Military ID for a 10% rebate.

Use our fire-pit, dock, hammock, and there is a grill at the cabin! Remember, communication is the key. If you are unsure of anything or need something, just ask :)
Other things to note
Even though the guest limit is four, that doesn’t include children. We are totally OK with children, even if it would exceed four. Guests.
We have a large dock. Feel free to fish off of it. 4 kayaks available for guests. One disc gold goal for fun-bring your own discs. No swimming off the dock - use the beach.
If you would like to use the boat dock let us know.
No hosting parties unless pre-approved.
There is a newer 7 passenger pontoon boat available for rent. Cost is $350 a day. We only rent this to cabin renters, no need to reserve beforehand. We can discus when you arrive.
We also have an EV 220 charger for a standard EV available for a small fee. Bring your Tesla adapter if you have a Tesla.
We also have a gym set up in our shop available on request. Weights and machines.

Neighborhood highlights
This is a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The neighbor to the right of us is a retired doctor who is only at his Lake House a few times a year. The property to the left of us is an empty field. We have a large driveway and you can park your boat or trailer here. We are surrounded by woods and lake! You will see tons of deer and other wild life!

Military family. Living life and loving it.
We are from Michigan but after the military stationed Monica at nearby Fort Gordon we knew we found our retirement home.
We have done a lot of remodeling and improvements and building a cabin on our property was part of that.
We never invisioned the Cabin being a source of income but it really has become a big part of our family income and we are thankful for Airbnb and the great number of guest who have stayed here at what we named "Haven Point".
