Base rate is for 2 guests. If your group exceeds 2, please add the correct number of guests in your booking. However, the space can only fit 3 adults comfortably or 2 adults 2 kids. Sleeping arrangement: queen sized bed and single pull-out bed.
Please declare the total number of guests staying including yourself as the booker. Undeclared guests who stay past midnight/over 6 hours will be charged P500 each.

🅿️Spacious Parking Area (For guests with cars and requiring a parking slot: I will need to collect your car’s information (Make/Color/Plate No) and a P100/N parking fee to register for a temporary vehicle pass. Failure to secure the temporary vehicle pass will incur a P500 penalty to be collected by the PMO. The same policy applies to motorcycle but only P50/N per night parking fee.
Note: Parking is on a first come first serve basis and designated parking for guests is in the visitor parking area (back of building 305). Please do not park in front of the buildings as those are reserved for the residents. Parking in front of the building without the official sticker will incur a P1,000/N penalty to be collected by the PMO.

🚿 Note on Water Supply:
There are occasional water flow interruptions in the complex. While this is beyond my control, unit owners (including myself) are actively coordinating with the Property Management Office to help resolve this issue. I’ve also provided a water reserve in the bathroom to help you stay comfortable in case of any temporary outages. Thank you for your understanding! 💛
