We conduct regular disinfection through a professional service.
However, due to the nature of a traditional wooden hanok, occasional insects may enter.
We appreciate your understanding.
□ Guest Policy
- Only registered guests may enter; visitors are not allowed. Violations will result in immediate check-out without refund.
- Up to 6 guests: 3 queen beds with 3 duvets (200×230 cm), one set per bedroom. No additional bedding provided.
- For 6 guests needing extra bedding or mattress: 50,000 KRW/night.

□ No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Carbon monoxide detectors are installed; please smoke outside only.
If smoking is detected indoors, a penalty equal to two nights’ stay plus a professional cleaning fee will apply.
□ Date Change Policy
Date changes can only be made if requested at least 60 days before your check-in date.
The new dates must be within the same calendar month and have the same number of nights.
After that period, changes cannot be made, and any alterations will require cancellation and rebooking under the existing cancellation/refund policy.
