How to use the♨️ hot water
Bedroom 1 has a thermostat.
On the wall near light switch.
Push the power button first to turn on the heater and press the hot water button for showering.
After Shower, push heat button to turn off Shower. Once shower is off, it is then regular heating mode which will heat every room.
House Rules:
Smoking is prohibited inside the building, and quiet neighbors live in the same building, so as a small consideration, we would appreciate it if you could keep quiet after 10pm. Please refrain from throwing garbage or talking in the hallway.

The house is adjacent to Public library, elementary and middle school which makes the area so safe and clean as you will see.
It is also close to Chungdam area the center of Luxury shopping and Plastic Surgery/Clinic so my place is attractive to those sophisticated shopper or in need of resting place after surgery.
You’ll like the location who loves to travel with tranquility, experience and live in the city where locals sought after.
