The space
A beautiful cabin villa with 6-seater jacuzzi that sits amidst the serene ambience of Nandi Valley & the surrounding foothills. With its lush green forest cover & dense greenery all around. This unique Pre-engineered cabin Haus can play host to small family gatherings, weekend getaways and a peaceful homestay experience with authentic food available as add-on. Equipped with luxurious rooms, spacious sit outs, meditative garden spaces and a view to kill for - from the open-air balcony and patio.
Property has been designed so that you have an amazing experience amidst nature and revive yourself by the time you comeback.
The 6-seater ultra-lux Jacuzzi on the G floor adds on as it revitalizes you amidst lush greenery and the chain of Nandi mountains. Beside the Jacuzzi there is an open sitting space for you to relax and enjoy your evening beverage with tempting snacks accompanied by your loved ones.
Ground floor master bedroom with dining attached provides comfort to the elders and toddler parent.
1st floor connected with outer staircase has two bedrooms with attached balcony and washrooms. Mornings and evenings are best viewed from the common sitting space on first floor and view to front mountain is the cherry on the cake. Experience the serene sunset beauty with 360-degree hill view from villa terrace. Irresistible trekking track which is situated at 2 mins distance from the Villa.
Guest access
Guest is privileged to have access to the entire Villa with utmost privacy. The Villa will be handed over to you with pristine state and we request you to handover it in the same manner. A sit-out area for the parents adjacent to lawn for kids to play around which give an ease for all to be comfortable.
Other things to note
-> Please Note for weekends Minimum of 6 guests booking will be confirmed. Less the 6 guests for Friday/ Saturday and public holiday bookings will not be confirmed and the reservation may be cancelled.
-> Jacuzzi on the ground floor excites the kids and the elders, it can accommodate upto 6 members at one time on minimal cost of 2000/ set- up.
-> Jacuzzi needs to be Pre-booked and has prep time of 2 hours, jacuzzi is not accessible from 9 pm to 6 am, because it requires person to operate.
-> "Ghar Sa Khana" chef can provide you meals as per daily menu with additional cost.
-> "BBQ Desi tadka" can fulfil the snacky desire. Tikkas & Chinese starters with additional cost.
-> Appreciate if you use dining area for food consumption.
-> Additional cost for extra person or visitor.
-> This is a DIY property, no room service.
-> Caretaker will be available in case of any sudden assistance.
-> 4 KVA power backup installed for power outage. AC,Jacuzzi and geyser won’t be operational during outage.
-> No loud noise during lean hours 10 PM - 6 AM.
-> No smoking inside the rooms.
-> Consumption of Drugs in the Property or Community is prohibited.
-> Kids not to be left unattended.
-> Be careful with in-house items. You break it, you buy it.
-> Be careful with your belongings, management is not responsible if lost.
-> It is Mandatory to show your ID (Aadhar/ Driving license / Voter ID / PP )
-> Check-out can be extended based on availability and per hour charges will apply.
-> Late check-out for more than 30 mins will have additional charges on per hour basis.
