📜 House Rules (Please Read Before Booking)

1️⃣ No objects outside the unit (Condo policy).
2️⃣ Cooking Rules:
• No dried fish, bagoong, or strong-smelling food.
• Open the bathroom door & lights when cooking.
• Keep the main door closed (Condo penalty applies).
3️⃣ Keep noise low after 9PM (₱1,000 fine for disturbances).
4️⃣ Avoid stains on bedsheets (₱950 replacement).
5️⃣ Strictly no smoking or vaping inside or at the balcony (₱1,000 fine). Smoking areas available near Gate 2 & 3.
6️⃣ Lost or damaged furniture/appliances will be charged.
7️⃣ Lost Key – ₱1,000 fine.
8️⃣ No late check-out allowed. Unauthorized extension charged hourly.

Message us at least 3 hours before check-out if you’d like to extend (subject to availability).
9️⃣ Inform us if you’ll check out early 💕
🔟 Locked drawers/cabinets must not be opened — use only the vacant ones.
1️⃣1️⃣ Watch your kids in hallways — no pulling fire alarms 😅
1️⃣2️⃣ Turn off the AC if the balcony door is open to avoid dust buildup.
1️⃣3️⃣ Keep the unit tidy ✨ (Excessive mess may incur an extra cleaning fee.)
