The apartment building in Old Brno was built in 1936 and is part of Brno's architectural wealth. It is located on one of the most attractive streets in Brno, in the vicinity of Špilberk Castle, on the so-called Pod Špilberkem Trail. Paid parking is available on the entire street.
For families with children, we can recommend a nearby playground with nice features. A few meters from the house there is a popular pub near Albert, where it is quite lively in the evening.
