Perfect starting point for Trolltunga.
Only 9 km to Skjeggedal, where the hike to Trolltunga starts. If everyone in the company doesn't want such a demanding trip, I want to give you tips on alternative trips and experiences so everyone can find something they like!
For families, especially Mikkel park in Kinsarvik and Vitensenteret museum in Odda will be great excursions. Perhaps you will also be tempted to fish and swim, or how about a rowing trip? You can meet calves at the neighboring farm where the host lives. For pensioners it will be possible to have nice excursions in Tyssedal and Odda, with the Norwegian Museum of Hydropower and Industry and the Smelter Site where you can see blakcsmiths working in summer. Spectacular walk and bike path from Stana to Tyssedal, about 3 km long. Here the mountain almost dives right into the fjord. Easy to walk, suitable for everyone.

Feel free to stop for extra days, and experience great trips on Queen Sonja's panoramic hiking trail and Buerbreen Glacier. Feel free to climb Tysso via Ferrata in Tyssedal or the Sky Ladder to Trolltunga. Or try one of the Zippers in Skjeggedal, combined with a bike ride. Trolltunga Active offers guided tours.
