Set on a quiet wooded property, this home offers a rare balance: total privacy with easy access to Windham, Hunter and Belleayre ski areas, scenic hiking trails, swimming holes, and classic Catskills towns. In winter, you’re minutes from world-class skiing. In warmer months, open the windows to the sound of the creek, spend afternoons outside, and unwind under the stars.
Inside, the home is warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped for real stays — not just overnights. The kitchen is fully stocked for family meals and group cooking. Living spaces are designed for relaxing after long days outdoors, whether that’s skiing, hiking, or exploring the area. Bedrooms are quiet and comfortable, ideal for restful nights after full days of activity.

Guests have access to the entire property except for a locked owner’s closet and the basement.

Wildlife in the Catskills - we are situated in the middle of the most beautiful areas of the Catskills and nature abounds! You will likely see wildlife during your stay. You may see deer, turkeys, groundhogs, foxes, etc. Please note that we are in bear country. It is very important to discard of all garbage in the secure bear-proof bin (warmer months) or garbage can (winter).
All bbq and food items should be brought inside and the bbq scraped clean after use to avoid having unwanted visitors. Bears are generally very timid but they make a terrible mess! The house is regularly treated for pests but being that we are in the country, it would not be unusual to have an insect or mouse make an appearance inside.
