On your drive to the home pass horse farms such as Oak Lodge, Brandywine, and Adena Springs; all recognizable names from past Kentucky Derby runners. Enjoy your stay with room for your family not only indoors but out. Sit on the patio soaking in nature and local sounds from neighboring farm animals.

The space
This home has recently been refreshed and is ready to welcome guests to this unique country setting. Updated kitchen opens up to the living and dining room so that your family can spend quality time together. Send everyone off to bed with lots of room for a good nights rest. The master bedroom features an on-suite bathroom and doors that open to the patio.

The home is equipped with Starlink internet. If you have a streaming account you can utilize the SMART TV in the living room to watch your favorite shows and movies.

Stepping outside enjoy the large back deck with plenty of outdoor seating and charcoal grill. Step off the deck to enjoy the large yard perfect for kids and spending time outside. Spend the evening nestled around the fire pit roasting marshmallows.
