The space
Welcome to your spacious retreat! This home invites you to relax and create lasting memories with friends and family. Enjoy abundant natural light in the expansive living area, complete with a smart TV and sumptuous leather furnishings. The four stunning bedrooms offer plenty of room for everyone to unwind.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring modern appliances and ample space for collaborative cooking. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi, and if work calls, a dedicated desk is ready for remote tasks. Plus, central A/C ensures a comfortable stay.

*Special Features:

Soak in the relaxation with our Spa/Hot tub, easily heated via a Bluetooth app from your smartphone. Remember to turn it off using the app after use to conserve energy.

**Please note that the pool is NOT heated during the summer, thanks to the warm Arizona weather. In winter, you can opt to heat the pool for a cozy swim for an additional charge. ($50/day, with a minimum $200 pool heating fee).

We recently added a fire pit in the backyard for your added enjoyment!

Guest access
Our guests are allowed access to the whole house, with the exception of a locked owner's closet in the entryway, and two locked supply closets in the garage.

Please note- the fireplace is not functional and shall not be used.

Other things to note
The air conditioning system is preset and cannot be lowered below 74°F. This limit helps prevent the unit from freezing, which can occur if it's set too low—especially during the hottest parts of the year. To help keep things cool and comfortable, ceiling fans are available in the main living areas and bedrooms. We recommend using them along with the A/C for optimal comfort. Thank you for your understanding!

Please turn Spa off immediately after use.

Vehicles must park in driveway. On-street parking is prohibited by our HOA.
