Two bedrooms both featuring queen beds. One bath with shower, no tub. Living room and kitchen. Televisions in the living room and one of the bedrooms.

Entire cottage is private, there is a deck on the side of the cottage but the side yard is shared by an adjacent cottage.

Please note that there are two cottages on the property. Your cottage is at the front of the property facing Evans Street. Each cottage has a dedicated deck space, however the side yard is shared by the adjacent cottage. Your dedicated deck space is on the side of the cottage in the shared side yard. Please refer to the exterior photos attached to the listing to ensure you are entering the correct cottage.
